Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will own the end‑to‑end delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive project profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Define execution strategy, create detailed schedules with milestones, and obtain client approval for drawings.
• Collaborate with finance to prepare and approve ACE budgets and manage cost control.
• Recruit and organize project teams, select subcontractors, and oversee resource mobilization.
• Ensure site assessments, soil testing, procurement, and logistics are on track.
• Monitor progress against schedule, quality, budget, and contractual requirements; raise corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain compliance with Project Quality Manual (PQM) and Health & Safety Manual (HSM), track NCRs and LTI incidents.
• Prepare risk assessments, mitigation plans, and conduct weekly project review meetings.
• Present status updates to senior management and facilitate stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, finance, and subcontractors.
• Excellent analytical skills for schedule, cost, and risk analysis.
• Familiarity with local regulations, health & safety standards, and quality management.
