Project Manager Offshore Island Project

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of offshore island EPC projects, from initiation through commissioning and close‑out. Reporting to senior management, you will be accountable for safety, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction while delivering projects that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate project teams, participate in kick‑off meetings and define execution and subcontracting strategies.
• Coordinate with the client Project Manager and internal stakeholders to establish project information systems and communication channels.
• Develop work procedures, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, vendor lists and progress milestones in collaboration with the planning team.
• Manage technical issues, monitor safety, scope, schedule and budget, and report progress to senior management and the client.
• Produce the Project Execution Plan, including scope of work, deliverables, master schedule, budget, organization chart and risk register.
• Set up and lead information‑management applications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse cost control data, financial reports and site‑generated information to evaluate job status.
• Assume full P&L responsibility and ensure compliance with HSSE standards, quality systems and change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading EPC projects in the oil & gas sector, preferably offshore.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and to required safety and quality standards.
• Experience managing full P&L accountability and driving continuous improvement.
