Project Manager – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multi‑million‑dollar Oil & Gas projects in the UAE. The role involves overseeing construction, upgrades, maintenance, shutdowns and turnarounds while ensuring safety, quality and schedule performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close large‑scale Oil & Gas construction, brownfield and turnaround projects.
• Lead mechanical works including static and rotating equipment, pressure vessels, tanks, piping systems, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors and senior management.
• Identify, assess and mitigate technical, commercial, schedule, safety and operational risks.
• Control project changes, budgets and schedules while delivering to the highest quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven project management experience.
• At least 6 years of experience delivering Oil & Gas projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.
