Project Manager – Onboarding & Implementation

About the role

Kayana is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation journey for newly signed clients. You will act as the central coordination hub, ensuring a smooth transition from sales closure to live operation across multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete onboarding and implementation process for each new client.
• Collect required onboarding documents and information from clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Menu, Installation, Support, Finance and other departments to schedule setup, device deployment and system configuration.
• Oversee installation of POS systems, kiosks and related hardware.
• Ensure menus, products, pricing and modifiers are correctly uploaded.
• Validate payment system integrations and configurations.
• Track onboarding milestones, maintain trackers and status reports.
• Identify and escalate delays, bottlenecks or risks.
• Provide client training and monitor post‑go‑live support during the initial launch phase.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across cross‑functional teams.
