Project Manager - Retail

About the role

The Project Manager – Retail will lead the delivery of traffic and demographic metric solutions for new shopping mall and retail store openings across the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the regional delivery team, you will ensure installations are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead rollout of Sensormatic solutions across MEA shopping malls and retail stores.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic and demographic metric systems.
• Coordinate technical resources, subcontractors, and internal planners.
• Deliver projects on scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Manage risk, changes, resources, and costs; monitor actions.
• Ensure compliance with project management and health & safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across processes.
• Lead site meetings to define requirements, readiness, and handover.
• Strive for right‑first‑time installations; capture learnings and reporting.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
• Project management qualification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Organized, methodical and process‑driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Keen desire to continually learn and grow.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures.
