Project Manager – Senior Data Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager who will also act as a Senior Data Consultant to lead end‑to‑end data, analytics and AI engagements for our clients in the UAE. Reporting to a Project Director, you will be the main point of contact for the client and will drive delivery from discovery through to production and hyper‑care.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle of data, analytics and AI projects, including scoping, design, build, UAT and go‑live.
• Serve as the single point of accountability and primary client liaison, building trusted‑advisor relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Define and monitor project scope, workload estimates, planning, methodology and steering‑committee reporting.
• Lead requirements gathering and functional design workshops across data domains such as MDM, data integration, metadata, data quality, analytics and GenAI use cases.
• Ensure quality of functional specifications, technical documentation and deliverables in partnership with data architects, engineers, analytics consultants and ML/AI specialists.
• Oversee solution validation, internal testing, UAT support, data reconciliation and model evaluation up to production deployment.
• Manage project economics including budget tracking, margin, resource allocation, change requests and risk mitigation.
• Participate in pre‑sales activities, RFP responses, cost estimation and commercial proposal drafting.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field.
• Proven experience managing data‑focused projects and delivering analytics or AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with presales activities and commercial proposal development is a plus.
