Project Sales Consultant

About the role

MVP Appliances is looking for a Sales Consultant - Projects to identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE project market. The ideal candidate has proven project sales experience in construction, real estate or building materials, with a strong network of developers, contractors, consultants, architects and other stakeholders. The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and follow up on new project sales and business opportunities across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects and real estate companies.
• Generate project leads and expand the network of potential clients and partners.
• Register the company as an approved vendor with key developers and client groups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Follow up on upcoming projects and tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, presentations and tender documentation.
• Negotiate with clients, close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and prepare regular sales reports on project pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of UAE project sales experience, preferably in sanitaryware, lighting, kitchen appliances, home appliances or related building materials.
• Existing network of UAE developers, contractors, consultants, architects and project stakeholders.
• Good understanding of the UAE construction and real estate project market.
• Proven track record in business development, lead generation and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory; Arabic is an added advantage.
