Promotions Specialist – Loyalty Programs

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Promotions Specialist to join the Wynn Rewards team. The role focuses on managing and enhancing the resort’s loyalty programmes, creating targeted campaigns and supporting VIP experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise loyalty programmes, monitor performance and recommend enhancements.
• Create and deploy targeted marketing campaigns via email, SMS and app notifications.
• Collaborate with creative, legal and operations teams to define campaign objectives and ensure compliance.
• Analyse customer behaviour, segmentation and feedback to refine loyalty strategies.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, ROI and engagement metrics.
• Work with Player Development, Guest Services and IT to align loyalty initiatives.
• Support promotional events and VIP experiences tied to loyalty programmes.
• Serve as point of contact for loyalty‑related inquiries and escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 1–3 years experience in loyalty marketing, preferably in gaming or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with gaming operations and guest segmentation.
• Ability to pass a gaming‑licensing background check.
