Property Consultant – Dubai (Real Estate Broker)

About the role

Gold Mark, a leading independent residential brokerage in Dubai, is expanding its consultancy team. As a Property Consultant you will work in one of the world’s most dynamic property markets, helping first‑time buyers, seasoned investors and homeowners navigate sales, rentals and off‑plan projects.

Key responsibilities

• Meet new buyers and advise investors on suitable properties.
• Win instructions from homeowners and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and manage the transaction process to completion.
• Maintain and grow relationships with past clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with dedicated support functions – call centre, marketing, administration, conveyancing and management – to focus on relationship building and deal closure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client management.
• Understanding of UAE legal and regulatory requirements in real estate.
• Effective negotiation and communication abilities.
