Property Manager

About the role

Driven Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of its portfolio in Dubai. You will ensure tenant satisfaction, timely maintenance, and compliance with local tenancy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tenant screening, onboarding, lease administration, rent collection and security deposits.
• Conduct regular property inspections, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and oversee contractors and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor operating budgets, financial performance, and periodic reports for owners.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, health‑safety standards, insurance matters, and support legal actions when needed.
• Monitor asset performance, recommend capital improvements, and protect owners’ interests.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with EJARI, DLD portal and Dubai tenancy laws.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business or related field; RERA certification preferred.
