Legacy Properties is seeking a bilingual Property Consultant to connect Persian‑speaking clients with their ideal homes in Dubai. You will work in a dynamic, multicultural team, gaining exposure to the fast‑moving real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research using online tools and databases to provide accurate property trends and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized property recommendations.
• Guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes, ensuring they are informed at every step.
• Prepare and present property marketing materials and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on local real‑estate laws, use social media for promotion, and attend networking events.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in both Persian and English.
• Strong analytical ability to assess property values and market trends.
