Property Consultant - Sales Agent

About the role

ARK Real Estate is urgently looking for an experienced, dedicated Property Consultant / Sales Agent to join its team in Dubai on a full-time basis. The role covers client consultation, prospect generation, property promotion and negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Client consultation: understand client needs, preferences and financial constraints to offer tailored property solutions.
• Market analysis: study market trends, demographics and property values to advise on buying, selling or leasing.
• Prospect generation: find new clients through networking, cold calling and advertising.
• Property promotion and viewings: showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants and manage listings on relevant portals.
• Negotiation and closing: negotiate prices and terms to finalise sales or leasing agreements.
• Documentation: prepare and review contracts in line with local laws and regulations (e.g. RERA in Dubai).
• Relationship management: maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers and investors.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales.
• Excellent communication skills, good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, persistent and result-driven; a team player.
