Property Management Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

United Al Saqer Group is seeking a Property Management Techno‑Functional Consultant to support and optimise its LEMS property management platform. The role bridges business needs and system solutions across leasing, contracts, billing and finance integration.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end leasing processes – prospect management, unit allocation, lease creation, renewals, amendments, terminations and tenant move‑in/move‑out.
• Configure and maintain leasing, contract management, tenant refunds, CAM/service charges and property expense allocation for commercial, residential and mixed‑use assets.
• Set up LEMS workflows, business rules, dashboards, reports, approvals and master data such as communities, buildings, floors, units and parking spaces.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis and coordinate resolutions.
• Integrate LEMS with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Revenue Recognition, Subledger Accounting) and support budgeting, billing, receivables and payments.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow between systems.

Required profile

• Experience working with property management or leasing systems.
• Understanding of commercial, residential and mixed‑use property operations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.

Required skills

• LEMS (property management system) configuration and support.
• Oracle Fusion Financials integration (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Revenue Recognition, Subledger Accounting).
• System testing, troubleshooting and production support.
