Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Document Clearing & Trade Licenses

About the role

A client of Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Dubai to handle document clearing, government relations and trade license processes across several free zones and authorities in the UAE. The role reports to the Operations Manager or HR Manager and is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation and government processes, including company formation, trade licenses, visas, immigration and renewals.
• Liaise with authorities such as DMCC, JAFZA, DED, the Ministry of Labour and Immigration.
• Handle document clearing, approvals, attestations and submissions accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, free zone regulations and trade licensing requirements.
• Keep management informed of application and renewal status and follow up with authorities, clients and internal departments to avoid delays.
• Build relationships with government officials and agencies and handle ad hoc government relations tasks.
• Coordinate with banks for opening and closing corporate accounts and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE with strong knowledge of government processes.
• Proven expertise in DMCC, JAFZA, DED, Ministry of Labour, Immigration and trade license documentation.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, follow-up and relationship management skills.
• UAE driving licence is mandatory.
