Public Relations Officer – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to oversee all government‑related processes for our real‑estate operations in Dubai. The role ensures full compliance with UAE regulations and supports smooth onboarding and off‑boarding of staff.

Key responsibilities

• Process employment visas, Emirates IDs, labour cards, RERA cards and handle cancellations.
• Manage company transactions with MOHRE, GDRFA, Dubai Land Department, RERA, Dubai Economy and other authorities.
• Oversee trade licence, establishment card, immigration file and permit renewals.
• Coordinate document attestation, notarisation and legal approvals.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewal of company and employee documents.
• Liaise with government departments, developers and external service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a PRO, preferably within a real‑estate company.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, DLD, RERA and UAE government portals.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
