The role requires fragrance knowledge, excellent selling skills, and the ability to understand customers' preferences and recommend fragrances that best suit their needs. </p><ul><li><p>Build and maintain exceptional customer experience standards to develop strong client loyalty.</p></li><li><p>Engage with customers to understand their preferences, needs, and fragrance profiles.</p></li><li><p>Recommend and sell fragrances based on customers' preferences, occasions, and individual needs.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate strong knowledge of fragrance notes, families, products, and brand stories.</p></li><li><p>Communicate product features, benefits, prices, availability, and promotions effectively.</p></li><li><p>Deliver engaging fragrance consultations and product demonstrations.</p></li><li><p>Achieve individual and store-level sales targets, KPIs, and incentive objectives.</p></li><li><p>Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the fragrance portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Track sell-out performance and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and report daily sales performance.</p></li><li><p>Support new product launches, promotional activities, and in-store activations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the counter/store is maintained according to brand standards and guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at all times.</p></li><li><p>Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.</p></li><li><p>Report stock shortages and support stock ordering processes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure stock is received and handled according to set procedures.</p></li><li><p>Maintain high standards of grooming and professional appearance.</p></li><li><p>Act as a strong ambassador for the represented fragrance brands and consistently reflect their image and values.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you'll need to succeed</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in <strong>fragrance or beauty retail</strong>, preferably within a premium or luxury environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong passion for <strong>fragrances, beauty, and client experience</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to work <strong>retail hours and rotate across store locations</strong>, as required by the business.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of fragrance products, notes, and fragrance families is highly desirable.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to build relationships with customers and deliver personalized recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Commercially driven with strong upselling and cross-selling skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong grooming and professional presentation</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we can offer you</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>With us,&nbsp;you will turn your aspirations into reality.&nbsp; We will help shape your journey through enriching experiences, learning and development opportunities, and exposure to different assignments within your role or through internal mobility.
