About the role

We are looking for an inspirational and dynamic PYP Coordinator to lead our Primary Years Programme. The successful candidate will drive pedagogical excellence, support staff, and ensure readiness for the IB Authorization visit.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the IB PYP curriculum.
Prepare and manage the school’s IB Authorization and evaluation processes.
Integrate appropriate technology tools to enhance teaching and learning.
Engage effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative learning environment.
Promote academic excellence and uphold the school’s educational standards.

Required profile

Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
Native‑like English proficiency or IELTS score of 8 or higher.
Proven experience in a similar PYP coordination role, preferably in an American or IB school.
Demonstrated track record of excellent teaching and pedagogical practice.
Creative, innovative, hard‑working, and dedicated to academic success.
