QA Test Lead – Airline Domain (Chatbot Testing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to join a leading airline organization in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on testing chatbot and conversational AI applications across web and mobile platforms, ensuring high‑quality releases that meet business and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute manual and automated test cases for chatbot and AI solutions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API and end‑to‑end testing.
• Validate chatbot conversations, user journeys, intents and response accuracy.
• Identify, document and track defects through to resolution using defect‑management tools.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and QA team members in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ensure software releases meet quality standards and business requirements.

Required profile

• 12+ years of software testing experience, preferably in the airline or aviation domain.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with Passenger Service Systems or airline applications is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with chatbot or conversational AI testing.
• API testing using tools such as Postman.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test management tools.
• Familiarity with defect‑management processes.
