QA/QC Engineer – High Rise Towers Project

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will join the quality team on a large‑scale high‑rise tower development in Dubai. You will ensure that all construction activities meet the approved quality standards and that inspections, testing and documentation are performed accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit method statements and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
• Conduct civil, architectural and interior design inspections, including material verification.
• Develop training plans for trades before site activities commence.
• Monitor site inspections to ensure compliance with ITP and approved methods.
• Oversee calibration of tools and equipment used on site.
• Raise internal Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) and Quality Violations (QV).
• Compile monthly QA/QC and KPI reports for the project.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve quality issues and close NCRs.
• Record and manage snagging and de‑snagging for architectural and interior finishes.
• Follow up on ADM inspections and prepare hand‑over documentation.
• Maintain all QA/QC records in accordance with the project quality plan and IMS system.
• Support internal and external audits in liaison with the corporate QHSE department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within construction projects.
• Proven ability to work closely with construction teams and consultants.
