QC and Training Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic manager to lead our Quality Control and Training functions, ensuring our iGaming products meet the highest standards and our staff receive effective development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise QC and Training departments, assign tasks, and guide review processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate objectives with QC and Training managers, aligning activities with KPIs.
• Develop and improve quality processes and training initiatives, analysing data to identify trends and gaps.
• Manage staff performance, conduct meetings, and control departmental budgets.
• Review and approve management reports and present improvements to senior leadership.
• Handle complex or sensitive cases and assist in annual QC and Training planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality control and training teams.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and industry standards in iGaming.
• Ability to analyse data, monitor trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Budget management and reporting experience.
