Quality Control Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

A prominent charity foundation in Dubai is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager fluent in Arabic. The manager oversees all quality control processes so that operations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The position is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures in line with local and international standards
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems across departments
• Conduct regular audits and inspections and follow up on corrective actions
• Work with department heads to embed quality standards in operational processes
• Train and guide staff on quality control practices
• Prepare reports on quality metrics, audit findings and corrective actions
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies
• Lead a team of quality control professionals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in quality control, including 3 years in a managerial role
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
• Proven experience leading quality control initiatives in a complex organisation
• Preferred: experience in the charity or non-profit sector, and certification such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies and regulatory requirements
• Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
