Quality Control Manager

About the role

The Quality Control Manager will lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) processes for ADNOC Growth Projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual, ADNOC, and international standards. This role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project‑specific quality management systems while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, approve, and enforce project‑specific Quality Management System (QMS) manuals and procedures.
• Maintain and update quality objectives, KPIs, and contractual requirements for all service providers and project phases.
• Manage changes to project specifications, schedules, and requirements through the appropriate Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of the Project Risk Register, ensuring all quality‑related risks are identified and mitigated.
• Provide consultation to project teams, ensuring the QMS aligns with ISO 9000 series, ADNOC policies, and owner directives.
• Participate in vendor and field inspection strategy development, including selection of third‑party inspection agencies.
• Compile lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing QA/QC processes for large engineering or EPC projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC contractual QA/QC requirements, international standards, and owner policies.
• Strong ability to develop, implement, and enforce project‑specific quality management systems.
• Experience maintaining quality objectives, KPIs, and risk registers.
• Excellent coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9000 series quality standards.
