Quality Controller

About the role

The Quality Controller ensures that retail shops and service centers operate in line with Apple standards. You will audit daily operations, evaluate product repairs, and provide actionable recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly audits of retail shops, checking sales, cash handling, stock, trade‑in, assets, security, planograms and shop manuals.
• Audit service centers, reviewing repair quality against Apple Service Provider Manual, operational procedures and GSX guidelines.
• Follow detailed checklists, verify employee and technician certifications, and monitor key performance indicators.
• Inspect the full repair cycle from creation to closure, review CCTV footage, and provide feedback to technicians.
• Prepare audit reports, present findings to local and senior management, and suggest process improvements.
• Support vendor audits when required and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3‑4 years of relevant audit or quality control experience.
• Apple Certified Macintosh or iOS technician certification.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discretion in handling sensitive financial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.
