Quality Lead – Home Health Care

About the role

The Quality Lead for Home Health Care is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Al Ain, responsible for overseeing and improving quality standards across all home health services, ensuring compliance with Jawda, Tasneef and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor clinical documentation and care processes to ensure adherence to standards.
• Conduct audits and performance reviews of home health services.
• Analyze quality indicators and incident reports, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead quality improvement projects and support accreditation activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists and allied health professionals to develop and update policies, protocols and training programs.

Required profile

• Strong background in healthcare quality management, including audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of home health care standards, accreditation requirements (Jawda, Tasneef) and international best practices.
• Clinical qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health or a related field; advanced certification in quality or healthcare management is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare clear reports and drive evidence‑based improvements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead multidisciplinary teams.
