Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager leads the site’s Quality (Product Safety & Compliance) function, ensuring regulatory approvals and safe, reliable outputs across aerospace operations. Based onsite in the Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone, the role advises senior leadership on quality, safety and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site’s Quality function, overseeing policy, standards, compliance and resource management.
• Act as the functional management representative for all aviation and non‑aviation regulatory approvals.
• Establish, implement and continuously improve the Quality & Safety Management System in a Just‑culture environment.
• Drive audit programs, corrective actions and continuous‑improvement initiatives, including Lean tools and reduction of Cost of Poor Quality.
• Develop and maintain QMS documentation, processes and training, and report performance to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of managerial experience in a medium‑sized operational facility, preferably aviation maintenance or service.
• Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Safety Management Systems and Lean/continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Proven audit experience in a regulated aerospace environment and strong leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage; legal right to work in the UAE preferred.
