About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic infrastructure team in Dubai. You will deliver accurate quantity assessments, cost estimates, and measurement solutions for major projects across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs from drawings, specifications and BIM models with precision.
- Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with project requirements and recognized measurement standards.
- Support cost estimate, budget and tender document preparation for infrastructure projects.
- Verify measurement outputs for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years of professional experience in quantity surveying or measurement roles.
- Solid understanding of construction methods and infrastructure project delivery.
Required skills
- Proficiency with QS software and digital measurement tools such as CostX and Revit.
- Experience using BIM‑based measurement capabilities.
- Knowledge of industry measurement standards (e.g., CESMM, POMI).
