Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic infrastructure team in Dubai. You will deliver accurate quantity assessments, cost estimates, and measurement solutions for major projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs from drawings, specifications and BIM models with precision.
• Develop comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) aligned with project requirements and recognized measurement standards.
• Support cost estimate, budget and tender document preparation for infrastructure projects.
• Verify measurement outputs for accuracy, completeness and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in quantity surveying or measurement roles.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and infrastructure project delivery.

Required skills

• Proficiency with QS software and digital measurement tools such as CostX and Revit.
• Experience using BIM‑based measurement capabilities.
• Knowledge of industry measurement standards (e.g., CESMM, POMI).
