Radiography Technician (NDT) – ASNT Level-2 or BARC Level-1

About the role

The Radiography Technician will support the Operations department by performing non‑destructive testing (NDT) activities in line with client specifications and company standards. The role also ensures health and safety compliance within the HSEQ framework.

Key responsibilities

• Follow approved NDT test methods, techniques, procedures and work instructions.
• Carry out radiography inspections according to client codes, standards and SSI procedures.
• Interpret radiographic films after processing and report results to operations.
• Document inspection results and prepare formal inspection reports.
• Perform MT/PT/Hardness testing when required after training.
• Maintain clean work area, ensure proper housekeeping and adhere to safety and FANR rules.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience as a qualified ASNT Level‑II or BARC Level‑1 NDT technician.
• Higher secondary education (minimum).
• Good written and verbal communication in English.

Required skills

• Operation of radiography equipment and film processing.
• Interpretation of radiographic films.
• MT, PT and hardness testing techniques.
• Documentation and reporting of NDT results.
• Cleaning of parts/materials before and after inspection.
• Compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
