Real Estate Agent – Business Bay, Dubai

About the role

OSP Real Estate is looking for ambitious, self‑motivated Real Estate Agents to join its Business Bay team in Dubai. The role involves generating and converting leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals and delivering high‑quality service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across leasing, secondary market and luxury segments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through various channels.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
• Negotiate lease and sale transactions, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
• Maintain and update client relationships to foster long‑term business.
• Utilise CRM and Microsoft Office tools to track activities and prepare reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate sales or a strong interest in building a career in real estate.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and eligibility for a RERA Broker Card are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
