Real Estate Agent

About the role

As a Real Estate Broker at ERE Homes, you will build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and investors, guiding them through the entire property transaction process in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, including property viewings and negotiations.
• Provide expert advice on Dubai’s property market, both secondary and off‑plan opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams to leverage leads, branding tools and personal marketing support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate or sales, with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident negotiator, self‑motivated, target‑driven and professionally presented.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with property portals.
