Real Estate Agent – Multilingual (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai office on a full‑time, commission‑only basis. The role focuses on both off‑plan and secondary market properties, providing tailored solutions to investors and homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Promote off‑plan and secondary market listings.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate leads through networking and marketing activities.
• Stay updated on Dubai real‑estate market trends and projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

Required profile

• UAE real‑estate experience or strong sales background preferred.
• Fluent in English and at least one of the following: Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
