Real Estate Agent – Property Consultant (Luxury & Off‑Plan)

About the role

Huaxin Real Estate is expanding its international sales team in Dubai and seeks motivated Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants to work with luxury residential properties, off‑plan developments and secondary‑market sales. The role offers an attractive commission structure and professional support.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new client leads through calls, networking, social media, referrals and company‑provided leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors, landlords and sellers.
• Advise clients on suitable luxury, off‑plan and secondary‑market properties.
• Conduct property viewings, present projects professionally and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and sales activities.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s property market, new developments, pricing and trends.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets and coordinate with developers and internal teams.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of real‑estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and target‑oriented with a professional appearance.
• Good command of English; additional languages such as Mandarin, Russian, Arabic, Hindi or Urdu are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience in luxury property, off‑plan or secondary‑market sales is advantageous.
• Sales and customer relationship management abilities.
