Real Estate Consultant (French) – Luxury Property Sales

About the role

SkyWing Real Estate is seeking a French‑speaking Real Estate Consultant to join its Dubai office. The consultant will drive sales and leasing of luxury and off‑plan properties, delivering a seamless experience for high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and nurture client leads for luxury apartments, villas, penthouses and off‑plan projects.
• Conduct property viewings and present options in French and English.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate offers, prepare RERA‑compliant documentation and support closing procedures.
• Build and maintain a personal client portfolio and prepare bilingual marketing materials.
• Update CRM records, collaborate with internal teams and ensure a smooth client journey.
• Participate in training sessions, attend industry events and contribute to sales‑strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai luxury real‑estate market (or comparable international markets).
• Proven sales track record meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Advanced negotiation abilities and experience mentoring or training colleagues.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Professional appearance, ability to work on‑site in Dubai and thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Relevant real‑estate certification or licence (RERA certification preferred) and prior brokerage experience.
