About the role

Prime Luxury Properties LLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Recruiter to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for a range of real‑estate positions, ensuring the company continues to deliver premium services to its discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles such as Property Consultants, Real Estate Agents, Leasing Consultants, Team Leaders, and Sales Managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess suitability, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified real‑estate professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment targets.
• Prepare offer letters, support onboarding, and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Provide regular hiring reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real‑estate recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real‑estate market.
• Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
