Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

City Plaza Properties is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent and Listing Specialist to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on sourcing high‑quality residential and commercial listings, building strong landlord relationships, and driving sales and leasing transactions across prime developments.

Key responsibilities

• Source, secure, and manage residential and commercial property listings for sale and rent throughout Abu Dhabi.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords to keep an active inventory.
• Conduct property valuations and comparative market analyses to advise owners on competitive pricing.
• Draft compelling property descriptions, gather accurate specifications, and coordinate professional media assets.
• Manage and optimise listings on major UAE portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
• Implement targeted digital and local marketing campaigns to promote listings and new developments.

Required profile

• Proven field experience as a Real Estate Agent, Listing Specialist, or Property Consultant within the Abu Dhabi market.
• Currently residing in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) and available to join immediately.
• Valid UAE driving licence; DMT Broker Card or registration in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate CRM platforms.
• Hands‑on experience managing property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for property promotion.
