Real Estate Sales Executive - Dubai

About the role

TAQ Global Properties is looking for a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role centres on promoting and selling real estate properties, building client relationships, generating leads and reaching sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and grow the client database through networking, referrals and marketing campaigns.
• Showcase and promote properties to potential buyers, investors and brokers.
• Conduct property viewings and give expert advice to clients throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate sales terms, conditions and prices to ensure successful transactions.
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, property prices and competitive offerings.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and analysis to track individual and team performance.
• Work with legal teams and other professionals to make transactions run smoothly.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in Dubai's real estate market.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate industry, including market trends, regulations and property developments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Valid UAE driver's licence preferred.
