About the role
As a Reception Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a memorable stay from arrival to departure. You will represent the Accor brand and contribute to a positive, responsible hospitality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out, and settle accounts while delivering exceptional service.
- Respond to guest requests, promote hotel facilities, and identify up‑selling opportunities to enhance stays.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Opera or a similar property management system.
