About the role
The Receptionist in the Aftersales Department ensures that every customer receives top‑level service through phone, email or in‑person interactions. Acting as the first point of contact, the role supports the department’s customer‑service objectives and helps build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and log all incoming telephone calls, note reasons for contact and forward to the appropriate team members.
- Provide excellent service via email, phone or walk‑in, resolving queries promptly within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate call records with time, date and caller details.
- Assist drop‑in customers efficiently, coordinating with staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Stay updated on personnel and procedural changes to streamline communications.
Required profile
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- 1‑2 years of customer‑service experience.
- Pleasant, proactive and motivated attitude.
- Ability to adapt quickly across multiple service channels.
Required skills
- Familiarity with IT systems used for customer service.
