Receptionist cum Dental Claims Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients while also handling dental insurance claims. The role combines front‑desk reception duties with administrative support for dental claim processing in a busy clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients, manage appointments, registrations and respond to inquiries.
• Process dental insurance approvals, submit claims and follow up on their status.
• Verify insurance eligibility and explain coverage details to patients.
• Handle billing, invoicing, collections and maintain accurate payment records.
• Maintain patient files and insurance documentation in line with DHA requirements.
• Support dentists with patient coordination and other administrative tasks.
• Manage phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and general clinic administration.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a dental clinic or healthcare facility within the UAE.
• Knowledge of dental insurance claims, billing and collections processes.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with clinic management software.
