Receptionist – Customer Reception Host (Full‑Time, Dubai)

About the role

The Customer Reception Host is the first point of contact for visitors to Al Futtaim Motors in Dubai, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure and contributing to high customer‑satisfaction scores.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm welcome and determine the purpose of their visit.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or Service Advisor, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Answer all incoming phone calls, schedule or reschedule appointments in coordination with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
• Raise and promptly escalate customer complaints to the Reception Manager for resolution.
• Report any health and safety issues that could affect customers or associates.
• Assist with reception duties when Service Advisors are unavailable and manage the eVHC customer interaction process.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in customer‑service roles.
• Strong planning and organizing abilities.
• Expertise in customer interaction and management.
