About the role
Sobha Realty is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at its Dubai office. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, manage front‑desk operations, and support daily administrative tasks in line with the company’s luxury service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer and direct multi‑line phone calls with courteous phone etiquette.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and coordinate meeting‑room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribute documents, and perform basic data entry and filing.
- Support internal teams by managing appointment schedules and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Keep the reception area tidy and present a professional appearance at all times.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous front‑desk or hospitality experience, preferably in real‑estate or corporate environments.
- Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
