Receptionist – Front Desk for Weight Loss Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our weight‑loss clinic located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. You will play a vital role in delivering a welcoming experience for patients while supporting the clinic’s administrative workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone.
• Schedule, confirm and modify appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Register new patients, maintain accurate records and update information as needed.
• Answer inquiries about services and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with medical personnel to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and inviting.
• Assist with billing, payments and insurance documentation.
• Conduct follow‑up calls to leads and patients.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing and data entry.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a receptionist in a healthcare or clinic setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer‑service focus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with appointment scheduling software.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
