Receptionist – January Start

About the role

GEMS Royal Dubai School is seeking a dynamic, organised and welcoming Receptionist to join the team from January 2027. The role is the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors, ensuring a professional and warm impression.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate information on location, curriculum, admissions procedures and book school tours.
• Answer telephone calls courteously and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Greet visitors, manage reception area and support the Admissions team with lead conversion and enrolment events.
• Maintain communication with prospective parents and update the CRM system.
• Perform administrative and secretarial tasks to support the Front of House team.

Required profile

• Bilingual Arabic/English with strong written and oral communication skills.
• College degree from a reputable university is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Phoenix and Salesforce CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
