Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking experienced Receptionists / Patient Coordinators to join a premium aesthetic and dermatology clinic in Dubai. The role involves managing the full patient journey and delivering a high‑end front‑desk experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete patient journey from initial inquiry to treatment coordination and follow‑up.
• Welcome patients and provide a professional, personalized front‑desk experience.
• Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and in‑person.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations and treatment schedules with clinical staff.
• Explain clinic services, aesthetic treatments and packages, supporting conversion and retention.
• Maintain accurate patient records, schedules and documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
• Address patient concerns and feedback professionally, upholding high service standards.

Required profile

• Previous clinical experience as a Receptionist or Patient Coordinator (mandatory).
• Experience in aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetic surgery or premium healthcare clinics (highly preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to interact confidently with VIP and high‑profile clientele.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available for full‑time employment in Dubai.
