Receptionist (UAE National) – Immediate Start

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a UAE‑national receptionist to join Muna British Academy in Abu Dhabi on an immediate basis. The role serves as the first point of contact for families, visitors and staff, representing the school in a professional and welcoming manner.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service to visitors, families and staff, acting as the school’s ambassador.
• Greet and direct visitors, answer phone calls and manage the reception area to keep it tidy and presentable.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance registers, record late/absent students in the Engage system and follow up with families and the school nurse.
• Provide clerical support such as photocopying, filing, mail handling and data entry, and assist the Admissions team with enquiries and MIS logging.
• Produce and distribute routine reports, class lists and contact details, and support the senior leadership team as required.

Required profile

• High School Certificate/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar receptionist or front‑office role.

Required skills

• Proficient in operating a PC, photocopier and other office equipment.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook 365.
