Receptionist – Water Park

About the role
The Water Park Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for guests using the resort’s recreation facilities. You will provide information, register participants, and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer inquiries, and promote recreation activities such as pools, beach, fitness center, and children’s programs.
- Register, schedule, and assist guests in participating in activities, handling point‑of‑sale transactions when needed.
- Monitor safety, respond to emergencies, and provide first‑aid assistance until medical services arrive.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment, and support private functions and group events.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or equivalent local certifications).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted and heavier items with assistance.
- Willingness to work on‑site in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment.
Required skills
- CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Operation of point‑of‑sale and reservation systems.
