Recruiter – Real Estate Talent Acquisition

About the role

Richmond Properties is expanding rapidly in Dubai and seeks an experienced Recruiter to join its high‑performing team. The role focuses on high‑volume hiring for sales and operational functions within the UAE real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Deliver high‑volume hiring for sales teams and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Conduct professional interviews, assessments, reference checks and maintain excellent candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding, ensure compliance documentation, visas and employee records are completed.
• Track recruitment performance, produce accurate reporting and provide monthly updates to management.
• Strengthen employer brand through social media, events and recruitment initiatives.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably in real‑estate or sales‑driven environments.
• Fluent in English and one of Turkish, Farsi, Italian, German or Russian.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real‑estate recruitment market and labour law, visa processes and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS systems and job portals.
• Experience using social sourcing platforms, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
