Recruitment Consultant – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Elysian Real Estate, a leading Dubai brokerage with over 20 years in the market, is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join its Talent team. The role focuses on sourcing and hiring experienced real‑estate brokers for both Off‑Plan and Secondary Market Sales divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and headhunting to offer and onboarding.
• Proactively identify and engage experienced real‑estate brokers within the UAE.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Off‑Plan and Secondary Market Sales.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and direct outreach.
• Conduct outbound calls and engage passive candidates confidently.
• Partner with hiring managers to balance recruitment priorities.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for experience, track record and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers and candidate communication through to joining.
• Recruit internationally when needed and support overseas candidates with relocation.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, agency or in‑house.
• Based in Dubai with local hiring knowledge.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercially minded, proactive and results‑driven.
