About the role

We are seeking an organized and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment activities and candidate communication across the United Arab Emirates. This remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating schedules, communicating with people, and keeping information well‑structured.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating recruitment activities and interview schedules.
• Communicate with applicants regarding interview arrangements and updates.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Help prepare recruitment documents and basic reports.
• Follow up on application progress and outstanding tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to support an organized hiring process.
• Handle candidate information professionally and confidentially.

Required profile

• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Comfortable using a computer, email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
• Responsible, approachable, and willing to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment.
