About the role
We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will work closely with clients and candidates to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake meetings with clients to define candidate qualification criteria.
- Publish job ads on career pages, job boards and social media platforms.
- Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, Naukrigulf and other online channels.
- Screen resumes, interview candidates and provide shortlists within agreed timeframes.
- Maintain detailed records of applicants and manage client‑candidate relationships.
Required profile
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a staffing agency recruiter or similar role.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukrigulf and other candidate sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of resume databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques.
